Here is a description of the wonderful class from teacher Patricia K. Rose of FreshFoodinaFlash.com:
Our Weekday Dinners Cooking Class on Thursday, March 14, 6:00 -9:00 at Holy Nativity’s Community Hall in Westchester will feature recipes that you can get on the table easily after a day’s work. When the going gets rough, don’t turn to take out or frozen meals! Let me teach you how easy it is to get something tasty on the table in a Flash. You’ll want to add these yummy and easy dishes to your repertoire and impress your loved ones. For more information, click here.
Our Cooking Class will be only three days before St. Paddy’s Day, so we will celebrate the wearing of the green, thanks to Kerrygold Butter and Cheese, who sent me the most amazing St. Paddy’s Day kit. I love their products too – have you tasted Kerrygold’s Dubliner cheese? You’ll get to taste this yummy cheese in class, while we cook our meals.
Patricia K. Rose, of Fresh Food in a Flash, will lead this hands-on cooking class on Thursday, March 14, 2013, 6:00-9:00 at the Holy Nativity Community Hall in Westchester. - Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese tasting
- Yam & Carrot Latkes with Peanut Sauce – click here to see these
- Tuscan Chicken with Artichoke Hearts & Olives – check out the picture on my website!
- Turkey & Rice Chow Mein – see picture on the flyer below
- Fettuccine with Ham & Peas – this is one of my staples on a busy night – with a nice wine and cream sauce.
