A new name for jazz at Holy Nativity, Jazz Sanctuary Presents continues our mission to “keep jazz alive in Westchester.”

Jazz Sanctuary Presents 2012-13

Our Jazz Sanctuary Presents series was off to a wonderful start with our annual Faithfully Jazz fundraiser event featured Patrice Rushen and her special guests who led off the fall lineup on September 22, 2012. This evening of world-class entertainment, great food, and a Silent Auction benefitted our programs including Jazz Sanctuary Presents.

Jazz Sanctuary also welcomed the immensely talented pianist and composer Josh Nelson in February 2013. Josh has played with some of the top names in music, including Natalie Cole, and has recorded countless albums, films, and TV shows.

In March 2013 we welcomed John Schroeder and The Sheriffs of Schroedingham who performed a blending of traditional folk, blues, spiritual songs and original compositions.
