Sourdough Bread Baking Class, February 17, 12:00 to 4:00
February 17 is the date to be here at Holy Nativity to learn to bake your own sourdough bread. Beginning at noon and going until 4:00, the class, taught by Dana Morgan ([email protected]), covers the in’s and out’s of preparing your own sourdough bread. Both beginners and “old pros” alike are welcome. You will take home a “starter” for your own bread and also a loaf to be baked. The cost is $75.
